Pay for Performance Report 2017

The “Pay for performance” study by FehrAdvice offers a systematic discussion on management compensation that is tied to performance. The study could not find a systematic connection between top management compensation and management performance. This leads to the conclusion that only very few enterprises in the German language area have systematically implemented top management contracts with “pay for performance” criteria.
